Every location becomes an Agent for Change.
Opening a Central Creativity doesnβt just open doors for learners, it elevates every educational opportunity in the community around it.
The Numbers, Up Front
A Central Creativity Franchise, in Four Figures.
The fee and the territory size are disclosed in Items 5 and 12 of our Franchise Disclosure Document. The revenue streams are the products and programs a franchisee can sell today. The states are where Central Creativity and its Foundation have delivered programs since 2017. None of these is an income figure, and this page does not publish one.

Why We Embrace the Franchise Model
We Would Never Know Your Community Like You Do.
Every Central Creativity location becomes an Agent for Change in its local market, elevating all the educational opportunities found within the community. We are looking for Change Makers who are service-minded and who understand the importance of investing in the future opportunities for the learners in their area.
Sure, we could open an owner-operated Central Creativity. But we would never understand the connections between Education, Industry and the Citizens in that market like those whose lives are invested in that market’s success — for themselves, their children, and their neighbors.

Our Wins Are Your Wins
You Do Not Arrive as a Stranger.
A Central Creativity franchise walks into a school with names that are already trusted there. The national partnerships we build are yours to use in your own market — the programs, the co-branding, the credibility that comes with them.
And the full product library, not a starter set — everything in our What We Do catalog, including the builds we make with partners like Around the Neighborhood with EVO and NAPA’s Drive Into STEM Challenge.
Trusted By Our Partners
The Central Creativity Foundation
A Seat at a Table You Did Not Have to Build.
The Central Creativity Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. It is our sister organization and it is a separate organization — separate board, separate books, separate mission. Central Creativity LLC does not control the Foundation, and the Foundation does not control Central Creativity LLC.
What the two have in common is the work. The Foundation raises money so that hands-on STEM reaches learners whose schools and families cannot pay for it, and Central Creativity is often the organization that delivers it. Between them they have worked in 37 states and 11 countries.

A non-voting board seat
The Foundation has granted every Central Creativity franchise a non-voting seat on its board. You hear what is being funded, where, and why, and you are in the room when the need in your part of the country is discussed.
Grant writing you do not have to learn
The Foundation writes grants for the programming it funds. A school in your territory that wants a program and cannot fund it is not automatically a lost conversation — there is somewhere to point it.
Donor and sponsor support
Corporate sponsors and individual donors fund Foundation outreach. Where that outreach lands in your market, you are the operator who is already there.
Whose decision it is
The seat is the Foundation’s to grant and the Foundation’s to define. It is not a service the franchisor owes you under your franchise agreement, and gifts to the Foundation fund Foundation work — not franchise operations. We would rather say that here than let you assume otherwise.

The Brain Learns Best by Doing
That Applies to You, Too.
Central Creativity believes the brain learns best by doing, and that is as true of adults as it is of children. Our franchisee training is hands-on investigation and exploration — not a binder and a slideshow. You build the kits. You run the sessions. You leave invested in the work and holding a detailed roadmap to success.

The Two People Who Run Your Training.
Initial training is conducted under the direction of the franchisor’s Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Not a department — them.
Jenny McLeodCo-Founder and Chief Operating OfficerFounded Central Creativity in 2017 and has run its operations ever since.
Roger “Rhye” McLeodCo-Founder and Chief Innovation OfficerCo-founded the company and champions Branding, Data Tracking, and Reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
Change Makers.
You do not have to be an educator. You do have to care about the learners in your market, and be willing to go and meet the people who serve them — principals, camp directors, plant managers, librarians. The people who do best here are service-minded, comfortable in a room full of children and equally comfortable in a room full of superintendents and industry executives.
“Central Creativity has empowered us to merge our love for education with our commitment to community service. Together, we’re driving equitable change and igniting a passion for learning in our community.”

The educator discount is $5,000 off the first territory for a licensed educator with at least two years of full-time K–12 teaching experience, or a bachelor’s degree in education. It must be requested with the initial application.
Ongoing fees — royalties, technology, point of sale, local marketing and others — are set out in Item 6 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Your Territory, and Everywhere Else
- Protected, while you hold itWe will not open a Central Creativity business in your territory, and we will not grant one to another franchisee. That protection lasts as long as your agreement is in good standing.
- You can sell beyond itNothing stops you selling into neutral markets — areas where no franchise is currently operating. Plenty of owners do.
- The economics reward owning itProduct sales inside your territory carry a materially better rate than sales outside it. Selling into a neutral market is a good way to find out whether you want to own it.
- We will tell you the historyIf a franchise has operated in a market before, every prospect hears that at enquiry. You should know what happened there.

Where We Are Going
Small, Mighty, and Getting Mightier.
Central Creativity programs have already run in 37 states. Franchise-owned locations are a different map, and it is nearly empty: the company headquarters in Laurel, Mississippi, and two franchises — Louisville and Houston. Central Creativity has been running this work since 2017. The franchise system began offering in November 2024 and is at an early stage of development; that is a real risk, our Franchise Disclosure Document says so on its cover, and the section at the foot of this page says it again.

One Market, Sized
What a Territory Can Look Like.
Louisville is where our first franchise opened. This is the market it serves — not a projection, just the size of the room.
Every figure above carries its source and its year. We do not publish an income figure for this or any location — our Franchise Disclosure Document makes no financial performance representation, and we will not make one informally either.

Questions We Actually Get
Franchising FAQ.
How much does it cost to open a Central Creativity franchise?
The initial franchise fee is $25,000 for a single territory. The estimated total initial investment is $135,000 to $247,500 for a single territory, and $155,000 to $352,500 for two to ten territories. Those ranges are disclosed in Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document, and they include the trailer, equipment, opening inventory, grand opening marketing, insurance, licenses, travel for training and three months of additional funds.
Do I have to be an educator to be successful as a franchisee?
No. Some of the qualities that matter most here — service, persistence, being genuinely known in your community — have nothing to do with a teaching license. What you do need is a real interest in the learners in your market and a willingness to go and meet the people who serve them.
Do I need an education background as a franchisee?
It helps, and we reward it: a licensed educator with at least two years of full-time K–12 teaching experience, or a bachelor’s degree in education, gets $5,000 off the initial franchise fee for their first territory. Ask for it when you apply. But it is not a requirement.
What kind of franchise support should I expect?
Two weeks of initial training at our Laurel, Mississippi headquarters at no training fee, a confidential operations manual, an approved supplier list, your business listed on our franchise website, an annual system conference, and the ongoing assistance described in Item 11 of the Franchise Disclosure Document. Item 11 is also where the limits are written down, and we would rather you read them than guess at them.
Are there available territories near me?
Almost certainly. Two markets are claimed today. Tell us where you are and we will tell you what is open — and, honestly, whether anyone has operated there before, because you should know that either way.
Do I get a protected territory?
Yes. While your franchise agreement is in good standing, we will not open a Central Creativity business inside your operating territory and we will not grant one to another franchisee. Your territory is protected. It is not exclusive, and the difference matters: we reserve certain rights — direct-to-consumer e-commerce among them — and other franchisees may sell to customers who happen to live in your area, just as you may sell into theirs. Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document sets out exactly where the line is.
What are the royalty fees associated with owning a Central Creativity franchise?
Royalties are charged weekly on gross sales, with different rates for services, for product sales inside your territory, and for product sales outside it. There are also technology, point of sale and local marketing fees. All of them, with their amounts and due dates, are set out in Item 6 of the Franchise Disclosure Document — the honest answer to this question is a table, not a sentence, and we will walk you through it.
Is this a brick and mortar model, or are there other options?
It is mobile. Your Central Creativity business runs out of an equipped trailer and can be administered from home where local law allows it, and you deliver programs at schools, community centers and other authorized sites in your territory. There is no storefront to build out, which is a large part of why the investment looks the way it does.
As an owner, will I have training throughout this process?
Yes. Initial training is 80 hours over about two weeks — 40 in the classroom and 40 on the job — before you open, and supplemental and replacement-manager training is available afterward. We train the way we teach children: by doing.
Why should I franchise an educational enrichment center instead of starting my own?
Because the hard parts are already built. The curriculum is written and illustrated, the kits are manufactured in our own building, the standards alignment documentation ships with them, and the national partnerships — NASA, Ozobot, NAPA and others — are already ours to share with you. Starting your own means building all of that first, in a market that will not wait.
Franchise With Us
Tell Us About You.
This is a conversation, not an application. Tell us where you are and what you have in mind, and someone from Central Creativity will follow up personally.

The Legal Part
What This Page Is, and Is Not.
Central Creativity franchises are offered by Fran Creative LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, 442 6th Ave, Laurel, Mississippi 39440. Central Creativity, LLC is an affiliate of the franchisor and is the designated supplier of system curriculum, materials and Classroom TO GO kits to franchisees.
This page is for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise. An offer is made only by a Franchise Disclosure Document delivered in compliance with applicable law. A number of states require that the Franchise Disclosure Document be registered or filed before a franchise may be offered or sold there, and we do not offer franchises in any state where we are not first registered, filed, excluded or exempt.
The franchisor does not make any representation about the financial performance of a Central Creativity business, and does not authorize anyone to make one on its behalf. If you are given financial performance information or a projection of your future income by anyone, report it to the franchisor, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agency.
