An Investment With Impact
We Define the Win Before We Build.
A Win means real engagement and real value for everyone involved. We define how it will be measured from the start, building on partners’ goals or helping set them.
A measure chosen at the start is the only one that means anything at the end.

“Our stakeholders wanted more than attendance numbers and photographs. Central Creativity worked with us to understand the questions our leadership would eventually ask and designed the project so we would have meaningful answers when the time came.”
Data-Driven Design
Ways We Measure Success.
We measure what matters across our learning experiences and our partners’, and we use what we learn to keep improving.
Activity
How well did the learning experience run?
Reach, participation and completion rates, and use of materials.
Reaction
What did participants think and feel?
Satisfaction surveys, ratings, confidence, and continued interest in the topic and related careers, gathered from participants, facilitators, families and partners.
Attainment
What did participants learn?
Pre- and post-assessments measure knowledge and skills.
Behavior
What changed during the learning experience?
Attendance, teamwork, adaptability, quality of work, and how participants work with others.
Impact
What difference did it make?
Stakeholder impact, community engagement and partnerships formed with local organizations and businesses.
What we learn feeds our continuous improvement process. We review the data, plan next steps from feedback and track each change, so our learning experiences keep getting better.
