School Partnerships

Hands-on STEM on your schedule, all year long.

Hands-on STEM, taught by our team, during your school day.

Not a one-day visit. A standing STEM class on your schedule, taught by a Central Creativity instructor who gets to know your students and works alongside your teachers all year.

A Central Creativity instructor working with a small group at a table in a school classroom, the class teacher alongside them and the room plainly an ordinary school room.
The class students look forward to.

How a partnership works

Your students do the science. We do the rest.

You share your goals, and we work with you to choose the lessons and schedule that fit. Our instructors teach every standards-aligned lesson at your school or one of our locations.

  • Students learn by doing.Every standards-aligned lesson is hands-on, so students investigate, build, and test the concepts they study in class.
  • Students see their future.Career connections show students how the STEM skills they practice lead to real jobs.
  • Teachers get time back. Our instructors teach every lesson and bring every material, so your staff has nothing to purchase, plan, or prep.
  • Your school grows its STEM program.Start one or expand the one you have, on the schedule you choose, without hiring a STEM teacher.
  • Everyone sees the progress.Classroom teachers and families hear about the learning throughout the year.

How we teach

We grow powerful thinkers.

We believe students learn best when they have the freedom to try new things, make mistakes, and figure out solutions on their path to discovery. That is why every lesson puts students in charge of their own learning.

Inquiry-based learning

Students start with a question, then investigate and test their ideas to find the answer. Because they discover it themselves, they understand it and remember it.

Critical and creative thinking

Students analyze, evaluate, and question what they discover, then use it to solve problems and develop ideas of their own.

Real-world connections

Lessons connect to the world beyond the classroom and the careers that use what students learn, so they see why it matters.

Our instructors don’t just deliver content. They facilitate information and mentor comprehension, so students build understanding they can use.

Who it is for

Every school can offer hands-on STEM.

Every school and group has different needs. Some have no STEM teacher. Some want to expand the program they already have. Others need enrichment their staff cannot deliver alone. A partnership meets all three.

What partners say

In their own words.

Hear from the principals, teachers, parents and students who have partnered with us, and see the impact a partnership can make.

Children ask more questions and look at concepts and problems from many different perspectives.

Dr. Marjann B.Instructional Specialist

As a principal, I’m always balancing budgets, teacher workloads, and student outcomes. Central Creativity makes that balancing act easier. We can provide meaningful, hands-on STEM experiences without asking our teachers to take on another complicated program. The excitement from students and positive feedback from families have been tremendous.

Kavin P.Elementary Principal

Their teachers are always energetic and professional.

Robin R.4th Grade Teacher

The best part of our Central Creativity days is hearing students say, ‘Wait, can we try that again?’ They’re not afraid to make mistakes because they’re too busy figuring things out. That’s exactly the kind of learning environment I’ve always wanted in my classroom.

Thaddeus L.7th Grade Teacher

What I love about this partnership is that the learning doesn’t stop when my daughter gets home. She’s constantly pointing things out, asking questions, and wanting to try new experiments. Central Creativity has helped her see that science and engineering are part of everyday life.

I don’t even want to miss school when we have Central Creativity!

Skyler N.5th Grade Student

I used to think science was mostly reading books and taking tests. Now we get to build things and see if they actually work. Sometimes mine doesn’t work the first time, but that’s okay because we get to figure out why. I wish every school day was like this!

Let’s Talk.

Every partnership starts with a conversation.

Tell us about your students and your schedule, and our team will reach out to plan a partnership that fits.

Partnership Consultation

A few details so we can come to the conversation ready. Only your name, your email and your school are required.

Sending this form does not commit you to anything. School Partnerships are available in select areas, and our team will follow up to discuss availability.

Collaborations make everything better.

The students who get the most out of this are rarely the ones anybody predicted. That is the argument for doing it every week instead of once: you cannot find them in a day.
