We're Here, Houston!

And we have liftoff.

We have been serving Houston's learners since 2026. As an award-winning national leader in educational innovation, we encourage you to learn more about our clubs, camps, field trips, classes, school partnerships and more. Our office is owned and operated by people who live here. We get you, and we are excited to work with you.

Happening Now in Houston

We are always working on something new, launching a signature experience -- like our NASA ASTRO CAMP® TO GO Club -- or supporting a public event. Have an event you would like us to take part in? Send us a note and we will reach out.

What You Can Join in Houston

Every one of these is delivered locally, with materials and training that come from Central Creativity. Pick the one you want and tell us about your group -- you do not need dates or numbers to start.

A NASA ASTRO CAMP TO GO STEM Club session

NASA ASTRO CAMP® TO GO STEM Club

Afterschool club, at home or at your school

A STEM club built on NASA ASTRO CAMP TO GO and run inside your own building. A partner teacher at the school hosts the sessions and is paid a stipend for it, and a Central Creativity virtual instructor joins every session at no extra cost -- so the teacher hosting it is never the one who has to be the expert.

Three ways in. Sign in to our virtual Astro Camp from the comfort of your own home, join one of our in-person Astro Camp partner sites in the area, or start your own NASA ASTRO CAMP® TO GO STEM Club at your school. However you join, the experience is out of this world!

Field Trips

A day, at your site or ours

A day built around doing rather than watching. Your group works through a real build with real materials, facilitated by people who run these every week. Schools, camps, community groups and homeschool co-ops all book them.

STEM Events

One day, any size

From a science Saturday at a library to a stadium concourse. For children, for grown-ups, or for both together. The Houston team brings the stations, the materials and the facilitators.

Want to run it yourself? We offer a self-contained kitted version of our interactive STEM Event -- six stations, materials, signage, facilitator guides and training -- that contains everything you will need to host your own event. We will train and support you, as well.

School Partnerships

During the school day, all year

We come in and run a STEM elective during the school day, as a supplemental instructor on your timetable. Your students get a course built and vetted nationally; your teachers get a planning period back.

Students in an afterschool class working with technology

Afterschool Classes

Weekly, after the bell

This is where students meet the technologies and the careers of a 21st-century global landscape before anyone tells them those are hard. Robotics, code, design, flight, media -- taught as something you do, not something you read about.

We work at the front edge of educational innovation, and we build the programs our national partners -- NASA among them -- use to reach the next generation of innovators. Every Central Creativity location is as unique as the community it serves, so what runs here is chosen for Houston.

For Teachers and Schools

We Support our Adults Too!

We believe the single greatest element that leads to student success is the Teacher. Whether you are in the formal classroom or sitting across from your children at the kitchen table, we are here for you, too.

Professional Development That Is Actually Impactful

Prepare to have a Wow-worthy experience. You build the things your students will build. Delivered by people who still teach, our trainings prepare you to maximize the impact and elevate the experiences that lead to those meaningful outcomes.

Kits for a Cause

A fundraiser your school runs that sends STEM home instead of wrapping paper. Families get something their children will actually open, and the school keeps a share.

STEM Education Series Kits

For the moments when you need one activity that lands -- a space to fill, a theme to hit, a week that needs something better than a worksheet. Single-topic kits across science, engineering, math, coding, flight and literacy, each one self-contained and ready to hand out.

A custom Central Creativity build

Need Something Custom? Let Us Do the Work. You Take the Credit.

Have an idea or an experience you want brought to life? Bring us four things -- the idea, who it is for, the outcomes you are after, a budget and a timeline -- and we will come back with a free quote and an honest read on how we can support it. Design, curriculum, art and manufacturing all happen under our own roof, so what you imagined is what arrives.

In-School Partnership

A STEM Elective in Your Building, All Year

We put a Central Creativity instructor in your school as a supplemental teacher and run our STEM program during the school day. It is built to grow comprehension, and to develop the critical and creative thinking the rest of the timetable assumes students already have.

A principal has to answer for more than that, so we measure alongside you. We agree at the start what matters -- attendance, engagement, behavior referrals, whatever your improvement plan is actually judged on -- track it through the year, and hand you a full-color report of what we found. Not a brochure: the numbers, and what we would change next time.

  • Your teachers get a planning period back while it runs.
  • Nationally built and vetted curriculum, delivered locally.
  • One contract and one invoice, from headquarters.

Ask Houston which schools they are already working with.

What People Say

From the Families and Schools Already Doing It

Real people, in their own words.

One of the biggest changes I've seen is confidence. Students who might not always be the first to raise their hands in a traditional classroom are suddenly leading their teams, proposing solutions, and saying, "I think I know how we can make this work."

Tammy E.Camp Instructor, CEEF Energy AI Camp

Houston parents are spoiled for choice when it comes to enrichment programs, so our kids have experienced a little bit of everything. Central Creativity somehow managed to become the program they compare everything else to.

Miguel H.5th Grade Houston, TX Parent

My kids don't normally agree on anything, especially activities. But whenever we see a new Central Creativity program, they're both asking if they can sign up.

Thomas D.3rd and 6th Grade Houston, TX Parent

If you live in Houston, you know there are SO many choices for camps and afterschool activities. We've tried a lot of them. Central Creativity is the first one where my kids finished and immediately started asking, "What are they doing next?" That pretty much says it all.

Beth L.4th Grade Houston, TX Parent

My son is at that age where suggesting an educational activity outside of school gets an eye roll before I even finish the sentence. He started working on his CEEF Energy Day Kit and talking with the Central Creativity teachers and completely forgot that he was supposedly doing something "educational."

How It Goes

From a Question to a Session

The same five steps whether you are a parent, a principal or a purchasing office.

  1. You tell us what you are trying to do Not which product you want -- what you want to happen in the room.
  2. The Houston team plans it with you Dates, ages, numbers, venue, and what your group already knows.
  3. You get one quote, from headquarters One contract, one invoice, one place to send a purchase order, wherever the program happens.
  4. The Houston team delivers it Trained facilitators, with materials that came from us.
  5. You find out how it went What was built, what was learned, and what we would change next time.

For Families

You Can Do This at Home, Too

Not everything we make needs a school around it. A good deal of what Houston runs in classrooms is also sold as something you can open at your own kitchen table.

Kits You Can Use at Home

Everything for the activity is in the box, already sorted -- so the evening starts with building rather than with a supply run. They are made to grow comprehension and to hold attention, which are the two things a parent is usually actually buying. See the catalog

Homeschool Families

Field trips and STEM support tools built for homeschool groups and co-ops specifically -- not a school program with the school parts crossed out. If that is you, get in touch and we will walk you through what fits your group's ages and rhythm. Ask Houston about homeschool options

Afterschool Classes

Weekly, after the bell. Robotics, code, design, flight and media, taught as something you do rather than something you read about -- close to home, on a schedule that fits a working week. See what runs in Houston

Events You Can Turn Up To

A family at a kitchen or dining table with a kit open between them -- a grown-up genuinely involved, not just supervising. Portrait orientation. This is the picture that tells a parent the box is for them too.

The same materials we use in schools, opened at a kitchen table.

None of this needs a school in the middle.

Families come to Houston directly, four different ways -- at home, in a co-op, at a club, or at something open to the whole town.

“The materials showed up at our door, everything was organized, and all we had to do was log in. No running around looking for supplies or spending Sunday night preparing activities. For a homeschool family, that kind of convenience is priceless.”

Who Runs It

A National Program, Run by People Who Live Here

Nobody knows what a community needs like the families living in it. This location is locally owned, and what it delivers is the same nationally built program our partners use everywhere else.

What that buys you is both halves at once. The curriculum, the training and the relationships -- NASA among them -- come from a company that works nationally. The person who answers your email lives in Houston, knows your schools and your calendar, and will be at the event on Saturday.

We are not dropping a program on your town and driving away. If you want your child enrolled, your school partnered, or your classroom supported, you are dealing with neighbors who are raising their own children here.

Photograph needed houston_owners.jpg 1200 x 1500 pixels

The owners, on location and in the work -- at a session, in the kit room, outside a school they partner with. Portrait orientation. Warm and unstaged beats a studio headshot; families are deciding whether they would hand their child to these people.

The owners of Central Creativity Houston -- the people you will be dealing with, not a call center.

Tell us roughly what you have in mind. You do not need dates or numbers yet -- a sentence about what you are trying to do is enough to start. If you came here from one of the cards above, the program is already filled in below.

Your Enquiry

Everything except the message is short.

This reaches our headquarters team with Houston attached, so the right people see it and your quote, invoice and receipt all come from one place. We use what you send here to answer you, and nothing else.
